HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There is not too big a difference in the estimated and actual attendance numbers. This difference could be due to overlapping classes and some board members having other events. For the future, we want to make sure we are still pushing everyone to sign in with the QR code and make sure board members are also coming.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This session will focus on crafting effective resumes tailored for careers in bioinformatics. Participants will learn how to highlight relevant skills, experiences, and accomplishments to make their resumes stand out to potential employers and academic programs. The workshop will provide practical tips, templates, and personalized feedback, helping attendees create professional and impactful resumes.

Yes, we do consider this event to be a success as we didn't have too much of a discrepancy between the estimated and actual expected attendance.
