HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Some people did not fill in the attendance form as it in a QR code. We can give them more reminders to do so. The room was a bit hard to find and located in the edge of campius, which may deter some bioengineering-bioinfo students (who are mostly in warren) to come.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The Undergrad Bioinformatics Club will host an Intro to Bioinformatics session led by Professor Niema. This session will provide an overview of bioinformatics, covering fundamental concepts, methodologies, and current research trends. Professor Niema will share insights into the field's applications and career opportunities, offering valuable perspectives for students interested in bioinformatics. This is an excellent opportunity to gain foundational knowledge from an expert and engage in a Q&A session to deepen your understanding of the subject.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, I think having the students meeting Professor Niema was great, as they can get information from a reliable source. Additionally, the attendants, who were mostly first years, can interact and get to know each other
