HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Being a big-little event later in the quarter, some of our littles were unfortunately unable to make it. Likely due to the increasing coursework and the fact that our fams program is smaller than general membership.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To improve the MSU community by implementing the fams program, revealing the big little pairs and giving them space to bond/interact.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes because the bigs bonded with their littles over a delightful activity and yummy boba.

WHAT WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AS YOUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE?
Our most valuable resource was our officer in charge of the Fams program, as she put in a lot of effort organizing the activities and pairing everyone.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No significant complications arose aside from the fact that some bigs were left without their littles (as certain members didn't show up).

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Sending out more reminders through email and instagram earlier in advance to encourage better attendance.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Adding a hint about the meeting agenda to the flyer, to excite the littles and show them what they're in for.
