IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We accidentally put the wrong meeting time on our flyer, but most of our members still showed up at the right time! Still impacted some of our numbers slightly though.

To educate our community about an important mixed issue! In this case, it was Mixed History.

Yes! Despite the logistic mishap we still had great attendance and meaningful discussion.

The cultural team for putting together the research and presentation.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Primarily the mistiming on the flyer - we had to send emergency promo emails and insta messages to make sure everyone knew what the real time was.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Double checking the information on our flyers.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Increasing the number of times we post the flyers, and encouraging more board members to repost. Though the version attached was updated to include the correct information.
