IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Once again I think there was a lack of advertising and fliering.

PLEASE LIST ALL SOURCES OF FUNDING ASIDE FROM A.S. I forgot to consider taxes in the funding request so I had to pay like 20 dollars using personal funds :( its ok tho I won't make that mistake again

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to teach students about transmitter hunting and also inform people of project opportunitites in the club

Yes, I think it was successful! New people came to the meeting and asked about the club and learned a lot about the hobby
