IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? This was based on the prior funding rules where you needed 26 people to get a decent funding amount. I am glad the rules changed since that was a terrible overestimate. I try so hard with fliers and everything but nothing I do works.

Purpose was to practice setting up a mobile radio with mobile antenna in preparation for a national competition

Yes because at least some people learned how to set up that

People had class during it and left and also you can't operate inside so we had to go outside which was a mess
