Expected attendance for the event was 40 participants while we actually had 21 participants leading to a difference in 19 participants. I think we did a good job in advertising, but we could have set up the room earlier and ensured that all elements of the event were ready for attendees.

The purpose of the event was to provide a space where participants could engage in paper crafts, such as origami and scrapbooking, while connecting with others
Yes, I would consider the event to have been a success. Participants were actively engaged throughout the event and expressed positive feelings and feedback towards the event.
Our most valuable resource was the stationery supplies that were bought through AS funding. Origami paper, washi tape, and construction paper were our most valuable supplies as they allowed members to engage in paper crafts, the main purpose of our event.
Since the sign in the room indicated that emergency calls can be made for furniture needs, we called for an extra table right before our event. We were not able to receive extra furniture last minute from the reservation desk, however.
We would start set-up earlier and ensure that all items were received well before the event.
We would ensure reminders were sent on the day of the event several hours before.
