IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There might have been a difference due to the event taking place during midterms season for a lot of bioinformatics majors, and classes were of a higher priority. Something we didn't have an exact gauge for.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
It was to bring members of the club together, preferably mentors and mentees, to take part in friendly competition and destress and have some fun playing games.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes it was a success. We had enough supplies for everyone and everyone had a fun time and we expect to have more attendees at similar future events.

The community created and ability to destress. In material assets, the target gift cards.
