HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Our actual attendance was likely lower than our estimated attendance because we underestimated the number of people who signed up for this event and either did not attend or only attended the first day.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of this event was to offer an opportunity for our members to learn more about what it's like to pursue a field in healthcare through panels and workshops with Filipino health professionals and graduate students.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider this event to have been a success because we were able to host our annual summit in a way that felt both more personal and professional than in previous years.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We had an issue with many of our speakers arriving late, but we were still able to hold our event with punctuality.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
If we are to hold another two-day event, we should limit our estimated attendance on A.S. Funding applications accordingly to account for people who can attend only one day or the other.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would make no changes to advertisements or promotion.
