IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? This was a spring quarter event, so we expected a lower attendance. Thus, we had to cancel one of our tabling events due to a technical issue so we lost some publicity there.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal was to have a pre-health panel and educate the attendees about the various opportunities in the healthcare field. We went into some activities pre-health students do on campus and a general presentation on the application process for different pre-health fields.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes! There were a lot of people asking questions to the panelists. In addition, the panelists had a diverse amount of experiences and were in different pre-health tracks.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
No, it didn't.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We didn’t really have much complications. Everything went as planned.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
For the next event, we would try publicizing a little earlier and we want to invite different pre-health careers like optometry and dental.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would try to reach out to other organizations to help publicize the spring gbm on their social media accounts as well.
