HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The difference between expected attendance and actual attendance is slightly differ due to the estimated number was based off the previous quarters. Might due to a number of people still have not come back from Spring break.

To introduce Thai Student Union and open floor to prospective members to ask questions about clubs, and socializing

We consider the event to be a success, we asked feedback from people who joined the event. All of the feedback were positive, and we achieve our goal of wanting all the members to socialize and feel welcome.

I think tabling and social media advertisement is what made our event successful.

If any complication arose during the event, the board member could handle any complications they may faced.
