HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? For this event, we were expecting to have other guest performers participate, which would mean a higher expected attendance, however last minute there were changes and the guest performers did not have to attend this event.

Yes; there were no technical difficulties while working on stage with the lighting dimensions and all the guest were able to be seated efficiently

I would laminate an AS Attendance form we have, so that the QR Code is not as flimsy; have a clear mindset of how many guest organizations to ask to participate

Our online advertisements seemed to work very well for this event!
