WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This event was held in order to connect student bands with our club members, as well as the broader UCSD community by allowing bands a stage to perform in a professional concert environment.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes this event was a success. It was our largest turnout to a concert this year, and more importantly, the audience remained engaged throughout the night. Also, we generally stuck well to the event’s schedule, which had been a challenge at previous concerts.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
My apologies, I forgot how to check the exact attendance number, but I believe it was in alignment with the official verification.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We ran a little late with soundcheck, but it was due to circumstances out of our control.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We’d ask more partnering kegs to help us promote the event. We did have cross promotion by Tokens Magazine, but the more the better.
