I didn't have an exact headcount, but I think the difference between the estimated and actual attendence numbers was about 3 people. The reason for the difference of people was mainly chance, in my opinion. Normally more of our members would have been there, but several had conflicts in their schedule. In the future, marketing more heavily in order to draw in more attendees who aren't already members would be a big step to expanding our attendance and overall scope for the org. Additionally, although at the bottom it says to upload photos of the actual attendance, unfortunately we didn't take any photos documenting all of the people who attended.

None.

The purpose of the event was to build community among particularly, but not limited to, AAPI students on campus, as well as to help students destress from the pressures of college life.

I consider the event a success because we were able to bring in participants of the community to socialize, connect, and receive a nice treat that they decorated themselves.

From my memory, attendance did not differ from what was recorded on the AS Attendance Verification form.

If any complications arose during the event, we would have done our best to address it with our principal members who were present. Luckily, our event was quite small, and no complications arose.

For our next event, we would probably try to improve our marketing, as we haven't used any of our operating funds for flyers.

Online, there weren't many changes I would make, other than making sure we created our social media post a bit earlier so more people could see and think about going to the event.

In the future, perhaps AS could hold workshops for student org board members to ensure that org members understand the entire process and all it has to offer.
