IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Our attendance was slightly lower than expected. This could be for a number of reasons. Some members has prior commitments that we were not aware of at the time of choosing the date. There was a nanoengineering lab class right before the scheduled event so some people likely chose to go home after a long day of classes.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to welcome members back for spring quarter and tell them about events for the upcoming quarter.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success, members had a good time and we got good feedback from members about the event.

I think our organizations most valuable resource is our ability to work together as a cohesive team.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I would advertise sooner and maybe try to announce the events in nanoengineering classes as well as over social media.
