HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was only a two person different in the estimated and actual attendance, so I believe we have accurate estimates on our event attendance.

The purpose of the event was to introduce students to making art with clay.

We consider this event a success because attendees engaged and made a lot of clay creations.

The clay was the most valuable resource since attendees enjoyed using the clay.
