IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We were not able to book tabling early enough to secure spots on library walk. This meant there was less exposure for our event.

To inform and promote our club's upcoming events for this quarter. The event also promoted recruitment for our officer base.

The event was generally successful in that we brought people out to the event and provided info about our upcoming spring quarter.

Promote the event earlier to bring in more attendees. Make sure the venue/location is better

Show a better way to get to the rather hidden room. Promote the event earlier.
