IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a slight difference in the estimated and actual attendance numbers. I think there was a difference because most people applying to pharmacy school already applied in the winter quarter. Therefore, we should host this panel during fall quarter.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to expose members to P1 students to ask them questions about their experience applying and now being at pharmacy school.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I think the event was a success because the members seemed interested in what the P1 students had to say and got to ask 1-on-1 questions.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
The attendance differed from the AS attendance form because the officers did not fill out the form. Also, some people came late and did not see the attendance form at the beginning of the event.

We are using the AS form for our attendance to streamline the attendance process. Therefore, is there any way to ask about their name so we have something other than their email?
