IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I believe there was a difference in the attendance numbers because the event was not publicized early enough in advance. If we had promoted it sooner, there might have been more members that attended the event.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to bring students interested in global health topics together to discuss rural health, health inequalities that exist in such communities, and collect clothing donations for a rural high school population.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I would consider the event to be a success despite lower numbers in attendance since there was plenty of food and seating for everyone. We had a fruitful discussion and students who did attend seemed to enjoy it.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, the attendance was a lot lower than what we expected. This was probably due to the lack of advance promotion.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
To improve the next event, we would promote it earlier in advance for people to become aware and plan to attend in their schedules.
