IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We had to switch venues last minute due to planning conflicts and pushed the event to the next week too so that was a sudden change we had to make and could not get members the usual amount of time to be aware of the event.

Yes, the people who came to the event enjoyed themselves and liked the activity and most who came spent the whole allotted time there.

It should not have, we made sure to have people coming in sign onto the form and kept track of latecomers.

We will probably stick to our usual schedule and location since this one was a bit out of the way for people.
