IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I predicted around 60 because that was historical attendance but the discrepancy may be due to the fact that there are a lot of CSE classes in the evening so that students aren't able to make it to events. Additionally, we could've marketed the event better by telling people board applications were already out.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal was to promote board applications for ACM's election season and help students learn more about what board does.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I think it was a success because a decent amount of people came, although it was a little lower than last years. It seems like people are pretty engaged and asking questions to the panelists.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
It was awesome to get people wings to eat while we had panelists also eating wings, so AS was definitely invaluable.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Pickup for food was a little later than we'd want since there was so much traffic but making pickup time earlier should fix it.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Definitely promote more and say why the event was important for people to go to.

Probably just a little more explanation of what the event was and why people should go.
