HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The estimated attendance (15) was estimate from previous events. There is a slight difference due to events are not well promoted and it is closer to the midterm week.

To let everyone have fun in sports event and opportunity to meet new people

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I don't consider this event to be a success due to low number of attendance and poor marketing. Not a lot of participants are outside of TESC members.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
I think we might have missed some attendance recorded on A.S. Attendance verification. This is due to we did not have a chance to check everyone's confirmation form at the end of the verification before they receive the food

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
If any complication arose during the event, the board member could handle any complications they may faced.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
To prepare activities resources more as we ran out towards the end. Get a better estimate of participants. Market better.
