IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference because we held the event earlier in the quarter and during a time in which less students would typically have midterms, allowing them to be more free and increasing gbm attendance. In order to decrease the difference, we can gain a better understanding of typically how many people will attend an event.

The purpose of the event was to have students learn about and present different careers in healthcare aside from becoming a medical doctor.

The event was a success because students were able to learn about different careers in healthcare aside from becoming a medical doctor.

We are unable to determine if attendance differed from what was recorded on A.S. verification because we cannot access the records of the required A.S. forms, but we are able to provide cross-referencing using the google forms we utilized to register club event attendance.
