HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Two person difference, some individuals left before the attendance form. We will have the attendance QR code posted somewhere for the full duration of the event next time.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Students have spent the entirety of Winter Quarter working on translations, interpretations, and even spin offs of ancient mythologies. Now for the beginning of Spring Quarter, students have been workshopping them to be performance ready. Utilizing students' knowledge and development of their literature and history course, this is an opportunity for them to explore the world of playwriting and performance.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider this event a success because we were able to celebrate the hard work of the performers, and because we were able to provide food to students and faculty alike.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We did not use the AS specific attendance verification form, we will not make that mistake for our next event. Our attendance form is attached.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
The vendor dropped the food off at the event coordinator's place of residence instead of the location of the event.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would get a bigger room with more capacity to be able to hold more people than anticipated. More people came than recorded and we needed to grab additional seats. Faculty came -could not fill out attendance.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We forgot to add the AS logo to the advertisements and will remember it in the future.
