IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We estimated an attendance of 50 and only received 36. This could be due to how late in the quarter GBM was, and that many people were busy with classes and midterms. To account for this next time we will hold out event earlier in the quarter.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This will be the first General Board Meeting (GBM) of Spring quarter for Colleges Against Cancer UCSD. This GBM will update the UCSD community about CAC activities and events. We will be paying particular attention to Relay for Life, our biggest event that will be held in May. We will also have icebreakers and other activities.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we had a decent amount of trum out, and then people were engaged. The attendees were actively participating in our activities, tlaking to each other, and asking questions.
