IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference in numbers due to students being busy during midterms, along with last minute advertising for the event. In the future, we can plan to advertise earlier to reach expected attendance numbers.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
UCSD Sports Medicine interns presented and taught attending students about ACE wrapping, organizing a workshop for hands-on experience.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I would consider the event to have been a success due to the interest that was shown to our club by those in attendance.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
I do not believe that attendance differed from what was recorded on A.S. attendance verification. However, if it did, it was likely due to students who came in later in the meeting and may not have been there when we told everyone to fill out the form.
