IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference in the recorded attendance compared to the estimate. We had lower numbers than usual and this could be because we promoted our event only a couple of days before it.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to help students create meaningful zines with a focus on writing prompts. This supports Tokens' goal to promote different types of art to students and give them time to have a creative outlet.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider this event to be a success because many students engaged with the material.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, we had more attendees but they did not fill out the form because we poorly kept track of it. Normally, we ask for proof before we give out food, but this time we need to ask for proof before they the art supplies.
