IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We think that the AS funding QR codes most likely weren't shown to a lot of the people, or that the people who didn't complete transactions forgot to sign in for the event. This means a lot of people came and enjoyed the event, but were never given the QR code to sign in with AS.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To grow the art community in UCSD and bring audiences to new student artists to help them grow and start their professional art careers.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
It was a success in most senses because many artists got new customers, made good sales, and had a fun time. The event also drew a lot of students to our art club (and the fellow art clubs we invited) which bolstered our attendance.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, because many students stopped and interacted with artists and the art clubs tabling, but were never given the AS QR code to sign in; most likely due to high traffic or simply artists forgetting to have their customers sign in

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We want to have the QR codes posted and maybe have people sign in before the event at Check in booths so we can count everyone. We also want to have more active officers who can patrol the areas and check in with the artists more frequently to remind them about attendance.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We want to do a fullout take over by artists of our club instagram to help show Behind the Scenes and hype the event. We also want to collaborate with our fellow art clubs more to promote the event
