IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference due to Spring Quarter being a point of the year where people tend to not be as active anymore as the nature with the school year almost being over. To decrease the difference, probably amping up the in person advertising like tabling or chalk boarding more.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Purpose of the event was to provide general information about our org to people interested in the pre-PA profession as well as having guest speaker from KGI MSPA talk about their program.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Event was still good because had active participation from audience and a decent turnout.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
If by AS Attendance Verification means the google sheets given by AS then no. But perhaps there were stragglers coming in after we had showed the AS QR form that didn't get to sign in leading to a potentially inaccurate number, but in reality there wasn't much of a difference.
