There was a slight decrease in estimated and actual attendance. There was a slight difference in the attendance because we probably did not advertise it well enough.

The purpose of the event was to test members on pharmacy knowledge in a fun game of jeopardy and connect with each other!
The event was a success because all the attendees seemed to have fun and it was a great way to destress and get together during midterm season.
Yes, some people did not fill out the form even though we showed it at the beginning and the end. Some people also came late and did not see the form.

I believe we could be more organized in establishing each other’s roles so the game would’ve run more smoothly. I think one of our bigger mistakes was not figuring out the buzzer system sooner because I felt like that took up a bit more time than it should have. I also think we should’ve planned ahead for an incentive for the winning team.
I think we could’ve advertised a bit earlier and done more reposting! Advertising to our families would’ve been nice as well.
We are using the AS form for our attendance to streamline the attendance process. Therefore, is there any way to ask about their name so we have something other than their email?
