IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I believe that there was a difference in the number of actual attendees because we advertised a little late and it is currently midterm season.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of this event was to kick start Raices Awareness Week a week of series of events geared towards showcasing the culture and contributions of Latinx.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes it was a success, our members enjoyed it and it was a great event to begin our Raices Awareness Week

I am not quite sure as I have not seen the as attendance verification form

I would apply for more funding since it felt like we ran out of food pretty quick.
