IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference in the estimated and actual because a lot of people went home for the Mother's Day Weekend. To avoid this next time, we will strategically plan out a day where there are no coinciding important dates that might lead people to leave for home.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to not only create team bonding throughout the members of the club through various fun activities, but it was also to recruit new members and have our club gain exposure to many different people throughout the campus.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, it was a giant success because a lot of people enjoyed the various activities we have planned out. We had great team bonding and we got many new members to sign up for our club.
