WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Our second general board meeting aimed at providing UC San Diego students interested in aerospace a chance at receiving the latest announcements of our upcoming events, like a company tour and study jam, as well as more aerospace news and career opportunities.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success because we had great student engagement with our presentation.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
I don't think so, maybe some students didn't fill out the form even though it was strictly enforced.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
One student took 2 sandwiches rather than one.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Improve how we handle distribution of food. Have one officer strictly enforcing the one food item per student rule.

Even more advertising, we can always work to improve this.
