IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The show was more popular than expected. We can decrease the difference by anticipating more people to come out next year.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Culture Show is NSU's annual play put on by members of the organization that showcases Japanese American culture. Students work as actors and the stage crew, and anyone interested in the UC San Diego community is welcome to watch and learn about what it means to be Japanese American and appreciate the culture's long history.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes. We had a high turnout in terms of attendance, and much of the audience really enjoyed the performance.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Not sure, we haven't seen the attendance from the A.S attendance verification.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Ran out of programs to give to the audience due to high attendance

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would try to more accurately estimate the expected attendance for the event.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We had more attendance than we thought we would, so I don't think changes are necessary for advertisement or promotion.
