WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To provide a networking platform for interns and non-intern students, encouraging peer mentorship, experience-sharing, and professional development.

Yes, the event was a success. Interns and attendees actively engaged in meaningful conversations, and students provided positive feedback about the opportunity to ask questions and gain guidance in an informal setting.

There were no major complications. Minor issues included late arrivals, which we managed by adjusting group rotations accordingly.

We would improve time management by starting more promptly and include structured discussion prompts to help kickstart conversations for quieter participants.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would increase promotional efforts by utilizing Instagram stories and campus-wide email lists earlier and include testimonials or photos from past events to boost interest.
