IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think there was a slight difference in attendance due to the fact that alot of students have midterms in week 8 and cannot attend. It was also an event one week after our largest event of the year so some members may have wanted a break during such a busy time.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to unite the undergraduate chemistry community through a fun and interactive escape room type social event. Students were able to apply their chemistry knowledge in a low stakes way during midterm season. It also served to support students in relieving their mental loads as many of our attendees presented their research at our prior undergraduate research symposium.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, because we had a good turnout and attendees were able to apply their chem knowledge while having fun.

No, every attendee should have filled out both the AS Attendance Verification and our sign in form.
