WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To create a day-long event filled with educational and bonding moments, true connection to and empowerment of the Mixed Identity.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, the speakers and workshops were so thoughtful and engaging. The event had a great atmosphere, and we believe everyone came away with something good.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, because the attendance form only counts for undergraduate speakers and does not include the keynote speaker or graduate workshop leaders.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Our catering order was reimbursement, but we thought AS would place it. So we had to place the order on the day of when we realized it had never been placed. Fortunately we still got the food.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
More tabling with MSES as the centerpoint to better advertise.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
More consistent promotions that started sooner.. at least four weeks in advance.
