HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Difference was minimal, event ended up starting slightly late which actually led to a few more students attending that expected.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
A study session for UC San Diego students. Attendance was mainly comprised of Aerospace Engineering students. The space served as a warm and welcoming environment for students to be able to "lock in" and get some studying done for midterms and finals.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success because we had great student engagement and the event achieved its goal.

The event started slightly late due to delays in accessing the room.
