HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Some teams decided to drop out after a few days as they were not able to come up with something or felt too overwhelmed by acaddemics.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to distribute parts to the participants, enabling them to begin working on their proposed projects for the Robothon competition. This marked the official kickoff of the hands-on development phase, allowing teams to bring their ideas to life over the course of the competition.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes we consider the event to have been a success as all the teams were present and were able to present their proposals and ideas and the progress they had made so far. There were also atleast one person from each team so we were able to distribute all the materials equally and successfully.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
It may differ slightly as the people coming in for the parts was very spread out as we had given them the flexibility to come in and collect the parts any time during the event so some people may not have filled the form. However we have tracked that every one of the 16 teams with 5 members each have collected the parts and were present at the event.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would fix the time for people to show up so we can have better recording of the people showing up for events.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Market it more and give more reminders.
