IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There is a 12 person difference between the expected attendance (200) and actual attendance (200). I think the main issue was that not everyone filled out the qr code form and we should definitely reinforce that more in our future events.

To commemorate the seniors of their respective A Capella groups

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, I think it was a success because of how we were able to get all acapella groups participating in the event.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes. I think some people forgot to fill out the qr code.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We didn't have any complications during the event other than the fact that groups were taking longer in the soundcheck than they should've. We will definitely make sure to enforce a stricter time limit for each group next time around.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
As stated before, we would make sure every attendee fills out the qr code and make sure that groups are staying within their time limit.
