HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The event was hosted in week 8 where students may be busy with their midterms. We will host this particular event earlier in the quarter because it is our most popular event.

This is a casual event to gather the Minecraft community to unleash their creativity and create Minecraft-themed crafts.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success because it had a great turnout and people enjoyed making their own art blocks.

We will discuss with other officers to resolve them.

We would need to move this type of event earlier in the quarter and promote better to have better turnout.
