IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference of 10 between the estimated and actual attendance for Boba Night. We expected 40 attendees, but only 30 showed up. This may have been due to schedule conflicts or limited reminders. To reduce this gap in the future, we’ll send timely RSVP reminders, promote more actively across platforms, and gather feedback to better plan around scholars' availability.

Yes, we had a good turnout and a lot of students stayed behind to play games and spend time with their fellow scholars.

Maybe, some students only came to quickly drop by and get some boba. They might not have noticed the QR code. But everyone that came by to our table, we had them fill out the verification.
