IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think there was a difference because we thought that more members would show as it was open to all PPS members + friends with food and drinks.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was to have an end of the year celebration for all PPS members!

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, I think it was a success because people got to hang out and celebrate the graduating seniors

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We did not have blue tape to tape balloons up, so it took longer to set up.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I would have the officers be there early to help set up and bring the necessary supplies (blue tape, string, etc).

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I would promote the event more as we could’ve had more attendance

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
We are using the AS form for our attendance to streamline the attendance process. Therefore, is there any way to ask about their name so we have something other than their email?
