WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of this event was to offer our members an opportunity to socialize while singing and listening together.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
This event was a success because we had the opportunity to socialize again while bringing back an event that was very successful during Fall Quarter last year.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes; since we were unsure whether we had A.S. funding for this event due to getting the dates wrong and the form malfunctioned during an event earlier this week, we are instead offering a copy of our organization's personal attendance form with attendees of this event highlighted in green.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
A major complication that arose shortly before the event date was the fact that the date listed on the A.S. funding application did not match the date eventually planned for and specified in the TAP form. Since we were unsure whether we would be able to receive funding without notifying A.S. of the event date change, we elected not to spend any of the allocated funds. We thank you for allocating these funds to us; this is completely my fault for failing to notice the discrepancy sooner and hope this does not impact our standing with A.S. in the future.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
To ensure that a complication like the one specified above does not occur again, we hope to have the officer in charge of filling out TAP forms and the officer in charge of A.S. funding applications to work more closely together in the future. Our organization is in the process of transitioning into a new officer team so we hope we can introduce new procedures that will prevent this mistake from happening again.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would make no changes to advertisements or promotion.
