WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of Spring Formal is to create a space where members of Women in Business can come together to celebrate the end of the year, strengthen community bonds, and simply enjoy each other’s company outside of a professional setting. After months of hard work, workshops, and networking events, Spring Formal serves as a well-deserved moment of appreciation, fun, and connection. It’s a chance to reflect on our collective growth, recognize our achievements, and foster deeper relationships within the organization through laughter, good food, and shared memories.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes I would definitely consider this event a success. The outreach we did really paid off because so many people showed up and you could feel the excitement in the room. It was amazing to see everyone come together have fun and celebrate everything we have accomplished this year. The energy the connections and the joy made it clear that all the effort behind the scenes was worth it.
