IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The actual attendance is lower most likely because the event took place during Week 10, where some chemistry labs will hold finals this week and the next week is when all the finals will be held. Thus, there may have been less people showing up as they are either studying for a final or taking a final during the event time.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Since this event is the last of this academic year and the senior officers and members of the club will be graduating, the goal of the event is to hold one large social to congratulate the graduating seniors and provide a chance to destress and socialize before finals.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, because we had a really good turnout for a week 10 event and the people attending seem to have really enjoyed the event, participating enthusiastically in the activities and socializing well with each other, the seniors also seem to have enjoyed the event
