WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of this event was to host a volunteer-appreciation banquet with games/bonding events to celebrate and thank our volunteers for all the work they did this year.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we consider this event to be a success. We had several people show up and everyone was engaged in our activities!

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Attendance should not have differed from what was recorded on AS attendance verification, as we had everyone sign in on the google form as well as on a piece of paper for us to keep track.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications arose.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
For our next event, the only thing we would improve is trying to market it a little earlier, as this was marketed only a few days in advance, and we believe if we had marketed it earlier we may have had even better attendance.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We will probably follow a similar method as usual, where we post on Instagram & discord and send out flyers via email to promote our events and spread awareness of our events.
