IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The TDMV professors made the event encouraged, but not mandatory. Thus, we expected 160 TDMV students, but had 5-10 actually attend. The attendance does not include alumni and non-UCSD students. For future events, we will consider how strictly to ask TDMV students to attend.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To provide a safe space for our team members and the UCSD dance community to express themselves, have fun, and gain freestyle experience.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider the event a success. Attendees had a great, positive experience participating in a freestyle battle.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, attendance differed because the number of TDMV students who attended was fewer than expected.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
If complications arose, we had UCSD professors to help us. In case of an emergency, we would call UCSD police.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
The event ran smoothly! We would not change much.

We would encourage our team members to repost the post more.
