IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The difference in attendance came from the fact that the event was planned during a time where people were unavailable, due to midterms and prior commitments. We plan on improving on this by planning the events at a better time when most people are available to get a better turnout.

The goal of this event was to celebrate our project team’s accomplishments and foster a more positive environment.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success since most of the members that we expected had come. However, we would’ve liked to see more people that weren’t part of the project teams to attend and come celebrate with us.
