HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We picked the Holiday weekend and our promotion for the event wasn't as strong as we wanted it to be. WE hope to pick a different night for the event next year and to have a fully fledged flyering campaign to get attention and hype for the event

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To bring drag onto campus and improve the community response. We wanted to have a night of student performers (of which there were 6) as well as support and celebrate off campus queens (2) in a fun night event

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
It was successful in bringing up cheer and excitement about drag, we had a lot of students begin attending club meetings because of the event interested in getting involved in performing. We would have liked to have more people though.

We want to have a longer marketing campaign and focus on flyering weeks before the event

We want to have bigger drag artists do a take over of our club account to do promotion for performances.
